The June 8th S.I.C.K. Munch is a pre-pay event.
Important - please read carefully: The S.I.C.K. Munch is a custom-catered buffet meal which is held in a private banquet room at a Wichita area hotel. The munch fee is $15.95 per person and includes the cost of renting the banquet room, the buffet meal, wait staff & service, sales tax & gratuity and credit card processing fees. The munch fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and must be paid in advance.
When you register for the munch on the form below, within 48 hours you will receive an email invoice link for your munch fee which you may pay with credit or debit card. If you are unable to pay with a card, you will be given a snailmail address to send your cash, check or money order payment.
If we do not receive your meal payment by noon Friday June 7th your reservation will be automatically revoked and you will not be able to attend. Full instructions regarding how to make your meal payment will be sent to you soon after registering.

Please read carefully: Shortly after you have submitted the form above you will receive an RSVP "confirmation" containing your munch registration number and information about making your payment. If you are paying by credit/debit card, you will receive an email invoice within 48 hours. If you are paying by snailmail you will receive mailing instructions in your email within 48 hours. All munch payments must be made by noon Friday June 7th or your reservation will be canceled. Once your payment has been received you will receive a "registration finalization" notice containing munch restaurant location and other important information you will need to know before you arrive.
Your munch fee is $15.95 per person and all sales are final with no refunds or transfers unless the event is canceled or re-scheduled.
